Small Hand Cake.JPG - For Mother's Day, Father's Day, a birthday, or for a fun project with your children, make a hand cake. Press a 3/4-inch layer of clay into the bottom of a round pan. Lightly coat the clay with powdered sugar, and have a child press "really hard" into the clay. Afterwards, make sure that the clay surrounding the hand print is level. Spray the clay and pan with cooking spray, and pour cake batter to a level about 1 inch above the highest portion of the clay. Bake until done, loosen the cake from the sides of the pan, and invert the pan. Combining peanut butter with white frosting makes a great skin tone for the hand.Added by: Admin.
